Managing any project requires a proactive strategy for overseeing an undertaking from the initial stages of its establishment up to the final stages which mark the project’s completion. Therefore, this is where a work breakdown schedule (WBS) fits in the overall hierarchical decomposition of the entire project’s operations, timelines, and deliverables.
